From development to maintenance
ACS's range of services extends from mould design and development, mould modifications and optimizations to mould repairs and maintenance. We are also the people to contact when it is a matter of production transfers for moulds since with our experienced personnel and our equipment, we are able to carry out the most diverse retooling.
In addition to mould optimizations we are constantly investing in modern engineering. This is evident in our technical support for article development which takes mould technology into consideration, in the preparation of feasibility analyses for production moulds, in the production and also the development of mould concepts and in flexible support in the application of new process technologies. Furthermore, our technical department also offers training courses, with a focus on large-mould technology and aimed at, for example, our clients' article design engineers, buyers and project managers.
